'I made reservations the night before at 5:50 pm and when I tried calling the front desk after 6:00 NO ONE picked up. I called from 5:50 pm until 11 pm and no one picked up.
I sent an email to the property.
Had EXPEDIA try and they couldn’t get them either- they were no help.
We had to stay elsewhere and make reservations elsewhere that were more expensive. Someone called the next day after 10 am! It was too late. It took a while but I got refunded.'

'A very nice and very new hotel located on a beautiful and lively beach. It has comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. In addition it has a restaurant about 100 meters away which serves a decent breakfast and very tasteful dishes at night. I had the delicious langostinos with the ajillo sauce, but the caribeños sauce which I also tasted was terrific as well. The very friendly and helpful owner Eduardo is a good host and he speaks English almost fluently.'

'El concepto del lugar me parece bueno, sin embargo hay varias cosas que mejorar.
Empecemos con lo bueno. El personal fue atento, el ambiente agradable y todo muy limpio. La habitación cómoda y amplia. La terraza con vista al jardín y con un acceso directo al restaurante muy bueno. Y el desayuno estuvo muy bien.
Dónde siento se debe mejorar es en algo básico pero importante en un lugar como boquete donde el agua que sale de la ducha es fría. Y eso es el agua caliente, el cual no funcionó para...

'Great staff, really enjoyed each and everyone, but one must remember where in the world they are. The hotel is on well tended gardens, nothing spectacular, but remember where you are. Unfortunately they need to upgrade, maybe it’s not possible, who am I to assume? One, two days max is enough, we actually left for other areas for the day. Just a note the food is average but not bad,drinks are amazing. '

'Great view, there was some saftey concerns with loose boards, concrete pillars not making contact with the walkways, and some nails here and there. Its a beautiful place but be ready to spend a few extra dollars. Transport from almirante to bocas is extra. They only provide from bocas to their space and its limited times. Restaurants had good food but portions were small.'
