'Wat een geweldig hotel. Dit hotel was duurder dan andere hotels in de omgeving maar dit was de enige die nog kamer over had (wij boekten pas een paar dagen van te voren). Maar toen wij aankwamen werd al vrij snel duidelijk waarom dit een duurder hotel is. WAT EEN GEWELDIGE PLEK!!! Het ziet er echt te gek uit. Fenomenaal uitzicht, prachtige inrichting en heel vriendelijk personeel. Ik was echt overdonderd. Echt geweldig. Hou er wel rekening mee dat deze plek alleen per boot bereikbaar is.'

'We loved our stay Pink House. The location is about 10-15minutes walk to town with young children, so ideal for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet but doesn't want to be reliant on transport to get groceries or experience the local community and culture. 'The cabin has terrible access roads had an SUV and had a hard time getting there, once there one of the bedrooms has no heating, no fridge and the only way to heat the leaving room is by using firewood that has to be brought from outside and really hard to light up, top bedroom its only accisable by a ladder a construction ladder, showers can only be used hot or cold imposible to get warm water to shower and top bedroom shower does not work only water spicket, no internet working try both...

The title of the listing said "San Pedro, La Laguna." After we were already in Guatemala, and were trying to figure out where we were headed next, we noticed that the address said Santa Cruz. However, after some trouble, we realized that the house was in Tzunana. Right off the bat, this felt mis-leading.
