Hotels met parkeerplaatsen in Westelijke provincie

"Mooie hotel. Personeel behulpzaam. Kamers konden schoon gemaakt worden wanneer jij t wilt. Dicht bij mescid nebawi aan de achterkant dus echt bij de profeet. Voor vrouwen is het wat lastiger heb ik begrepen omdat ingang voor hen weer aan de voorzijde is. Ontbijt viel tegen er was genoeg maar ook weer niks. Elke dag omelet pannekoek en fruit.al met al een mooie hotel maar volgende keer neem ik er 1 aan de voorzijde van mescid."

"Hotel is mooi restaurant is wat verouderd en erna toelopen kost veel tijd. Om naar haram te gaan moet je paar minuten lopen. Via de clocktower ben je10 min verder omdat de liften chaotisch zijn. Maar ik had een mooie uitzicht op de kaaba. Personeel was aardig behulpzaam"

"hotel was beautiful, tasty and extensive breakfast. staff were generally very friendly. Jakub from housekeeping cleaned our room well and was very friendly. In the sports part, my children (11, 13, 15) were not allowed to play sports one day and left again the next day. that wasn't much fun, especially since there was no one else there."

"Hotel does not react to emails/whatsapp/phone calls. Tried at least 10 times, no reply at all ! Booked a Executive club room but the club was closed. At any point were we notified about this prior to our arrival but we did pay for it. To compensate we received a voucher for a free drink with very limited choice. Could not choose sparkling water for example. Rooms are outdated and need urgent refurbishing. Mold in the sink, sockets do not work, dirty carpet, noisy airco, windows do not open….we were put next to a room where construction was going on. The smell of paint and tarnish was awful ! Wrote an email to the head of quality guest experience and strategic development…..guess what….no reply again ! This is my worst experience with Accor ever ! Not at all the standards of a Sofitel and definitely NOT a 5 star hotel ! Avoid this hotel if you can….."
