There were some coloring stains on the duvet. The floor was very uneven and there were cracks in the ceiling. The windows couldn’t be opened since the insect screens were torn and there was so much dirt and cobwebs between the screen and the window. It really felt dirty. 'Great hotel in a great location of downtown Portland. Walkable and easy to access the MAX light rail. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean and charming. Will definitely stay here again!'
