'Hotel ligt ingeklemd tussen een aantal snel- en hoofdwegen en een spoorweg, hetgeen een permanent lawaai oplevert, ook 's nachts. De kamer grensde bovendien aan een hal met vending machines, die de gehele nacht door zoemen, een aangrenzende liftmachinekamer zorgde ook voor nare geluiden. De kamer was wel erg ruim en netjes, voorzien van alle gemakken. Ook ligt het hotel gunstig ten opzichte van winkels en bezienswaardigheden, alles op loopafstand.
