'Very pleasant contact with hotel beforehand and during the stay. Nice looking artsy rooms, nice pool with hottub, i really enjoyed the stay a lot. That the parking is not included is weird. Almost Every guest has to have a car to get to the hotel and get around LA. '

'The property sits on a cliff and overlooks Pismo Beach and beautiful ocean. I came with my granddaughters and husband and we stayed in a room on the second floor overlooking the ocean. The place has no elevators which made it hard to take luggage upstairs. I recommend staying on the lower floor. No daily HK, you need to request services. I asked the staff to pick up wet towels which wasnt done. No body soap the first day we were there but the came the following day based on our request. ...
