'The resort was wonderful. Not a lot of food options and the area is kind of secluded but beautiful. The spa was great! However, we didn't know gratuity would be added into the price of our spa service at the end. The spa services alone were a little pricey. The water in the pool was warm, a perfect temp. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. '

'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this.
