La cortesia e la gentilezza del padrone di casa sono stati davvero eccezionali, sempre pronto a soddisfare eventuali esigenze e condividere mete turistiche.Siamo rimasti subito sorpresi dalla bellissima vista dal balcone. 'Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views.'

The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. 'This place was great and exactly served our purposes to be close to the beach. It had everything we needed and the best part were the hosts. We bumped into them on our last night and ended up having drinks with them for a couple hours--what a great family! Grazie mille!'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. In the beginning of our trip we noticed no pizza shuffle and not enough glasses. One question and the manager arranged to get it next day. There were some problems with city water. They switched the house on a well of 400m deep. No water problems anymore. Conclusion: great service and great house'

'Our group totaly 16 people stayed in this beautifull villa one week (7-14. July 2018) and we realy enjoy the each single day in this villa on the coastline. Especialy the children like it very much because the nice and clear sea is just few steps away just with few people on the beach so realy perfect place for the family holiday.
