'It is a nice hotel and the room was great. The only problem was we were on the sixth floor and it was a tiny bit windy, but it sounded like we had a wind tunnel in our room. It kept waking us up both nights that we were there, sounded like a tornado was going through the room.'

'The room was clean and the bed comfy. Our only issue was with other guests. There was a truck parked directly outside our window, with its headlights on and music blaring for at least two hours - from 8-10pm. We called the front desk, but the music didn't stop until close to an hour after.'

'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '

'The road to the condos is extremely treacherous. The staff at the restaurant was lovely but the food came out cold and most not edible. The staff was all so nice. It’s an old hotel and needs some tlc.'

'There was an event going on and it ended at an appropriate time. I had no problem falling a sleep I didn’t hear any loud music. We always enjoy staying at Poland Springs Resort. We will be back!'
