'Snow Cap Inn was perfect!! My husband and I stayed here for one night in March for a last minute ski trip to Sunday River. The rooms were clean and cute. Loved the hot chocolate station and the warm choc chip cookies! Staff was so friendly and nice, will definitely be back! '

'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '

'One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Dining at the casino was of great quality. More wait staff is needed for how busy the restaurant gets. The casino does plenty of business and should consider adding more tables for table games. '

'I stayed in the "tree top"building at the right rear of the property. It is well maintained, very clean, and has lots of hot water with good pressure for the shower. Comfortable queen bed. Plenty of blankets, towels, tissue paper, coffee maker, etc. I do have two minor complaints: Room #6 had an additional bunk bed with a angled 2"X6" leg that stuck out quite a ways. As such it is a "toe stubber," that got my right foot twice. Ow! :( The re-fridge had not been defrosted in quite a while,...

'An amazing place with gorgeous views. Staff was very helpful and nice. Thoughtful details all around the hotel. A lot of fun activitys for kids and adults. Unforgettable hiking paths that start from the territory of the hotel and a relaxing heated pool. We we're amazed by the evening mocktails provided by the hotel. We loved it there so much we extended our stay for a extra night. Thanks'
