'Room was clean friendly staff and great breakfast'

'The property was clean and very quiet. The staffs there were very helpful. We travel as a family leisure trip and the kids loved the pool/ whirlpool. We were 25-30 minutes from all the attraction sites. The only downsides was to have the room service you have to request at the front desk, which we didn’t know until the fourth day our trash was so full.'

'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '

'Poland Springs Resort had more than 1 Building however the Lodge was where we stayed and the Building & Rooms were very outdated. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it took approximately 10 minutes to drain. The carpeting was Brown which hid stains & had a musty odor. The locks on the Room Doors were from the 60’s - 70’s. On a 1-5 scale I give my overall experience a 2.'
