There was a difficulty regarding payment at check in which was entirely on me and the girl at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as patient while I was contacting my bank for release of funds due to fraud activity on my account. 'Perfect hotel. Mooie kamer met (gas) haard. Wel warm, ook zonder de haard aan. Erg gezellig. Bijzonder enthousiast personeel. Je krijgt bij aankomst direct een rondleiding. Veel zitjes om op een regenachtige dag te verblijven. Bijzonder uitgebreid ontbijt, dat wordt geserveerd. Vóór het ontbijt is er al thee met wat te eten. 's Middags ook thee met cookies. Het restaurant is niet goedkoop, maar bijzonder goed! '
