'Nikki(Nickie) was very kind and helpful with all that we needed. The Inn was very relaxing especially the pool and the garden area. I would suggest spraying for mosquitoes outside and inside, or provide mosquito coils. Amenities were sufficient for our needs, although there are some appliances that need replacing. Overall we will return in the future. '

'The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so...

'We’ve been staying at the Kariwak since 1993. Not much has changed. It still has a plethora of birds and tropical flowers, the staff is still amazing and the rooms are still clean. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t for you but it’s beautiful just the same. We still love everything about it 32 years later. '
