'The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so...

'Very lovely & pleasant place, definitely look forward to revisiting, the breakfast was awesome… only bad thing was when we asked the receptionist how can we reach out to the city etc she only mentioned the taxi corporation contact so we ended up paying a lot in travelling around to & from the hotel only upon leaving the security noticed us calling a taxi and mentioned that we could of gotten the free shuttle service attached to the hotel.'
