'The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. 'The apartment was not as listed. It was grubby and in serious need of updating. No instructions on how to use anything. No safety equipment such as a fire alarm, fire blanket etc. on arrival the WiFi and tv were not working and the cooker wasn’t. I contacted the owner who ignored me. I contacted vrbo who were responsive. We spent 4 days of our holiday waiting in for things to be fixed. On the 3rd day the cooker blew up and all the gas emptied out of the cylinder through the 4 hobs into the room....

'The property was amazing!! Everything was clean organized picture perfect. Our host Ruth was amazing. She met me and my family as we were celebrating my daughter’s 19th birthday in person she gave me restaurant and food places to go to that was nearby really close to the property and even recommended to great masseuse to come to our pool and give my daughters and their mom massages that they wanted. 'As the previous reviewer noted, the apartment we stayed in was not the one listed -- that apartment is on the first floor -- but our apartment (on the top floor) had the most amazing view. There was a large balcony that looked out onto the ocean, and my friend and I spent almost all of our time, when we weren't sleeping, out on the balcony.
