Mary was super helpful when our reservation was cancelled. She found a way to accommodate my parents even though the hotel was booked up.

I booked through Expedia and when I arrived hotel had no reservation or room for me so I did not stay. Yet Expedia still took money from my account and their customer service is so dismal I have not been able to reach anyone Just continual phone loops

GOOD: Kind helpful front desk staff over the phone. BAD: 1. We were initially given the wrong key. 2. Then we were given an occupied room until finally switched to the correct room…And we were offered no compensation or anything for the mistakes. 3. But the WORST was the unbearable NOISE level, between the highway noise, loud basketball players in the halls until late, and thin walls through which you could hear toilets in the middle of the night! Our child had an important early performance the following morning. 4. The coffee maker water receptacle was rusted, which flakes of the material coming off when scraped—rendering it unusable to us. We will NOT be staying at the Westford again!

Very nice place to stay for the money. Unfortunately, we really were looking forward to using the indoor pool, but it was under renovation. Didn't like the fact that it should of stated that prior to booking... very misleading. My niece was very upset and we probably would of stayed elsewhere just to get a indoor pool.

Loud near highway, tv only had 5 stations. In the morning the desk lady never said hello or asked how my night was, no social skills. Gentlemen who checked me in Friday was so kind and friendly.

Overall the stay was good. My biggest issue with the property was the rear/pool entrance that the check in staff suggested we use. At first it was hard to find. The door is in a hidden alcove on a raised brick patio. The big issue was that the outside light was burned out so it was very dark getting to the door at night. I did not mention it to the staff on our first night there, but did on our second night. However, the light was still out on our third night there. To me it was a safety issue and I would not have felt comfortable using that entrance had I been alone.

Was a good hotel, would stay again. I don’t understand why hotels don’t have “hooks” in the bathrooms to hang towels. We had 3 people in this room. There was 1 hook on the back of the bathroom door. Where are we supposed to hang our towels to dry and reuse. I’m fine with not getting housekeeping each day, or new towels each day, BUT at least give us hooks to hang our towels. Not even a hook to hang the hand towel next to the sink. So, we’re hanging our towels over our suitcases, on the back of the chair so they can dry!!!! Also, they use regular metal keys, no swipe type-coded locks. So, when we parked in the back of the hotel near our car, that door is not locked and didn’t feel safe, because they use regular metal type key in a key hole lock for the rooms. There was a push, number code type box, but we were told at the front desk that they don’t use it and the door is unlocked. This did not feel safe.

Beautiful place espevially from the outside and the lobby. Great breakfast although not included with the hotel. This is not clear on the website. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Batgroom was ckean and huge. Beds were comfortable. Just two negatives...The hotel is dated and rooms had really dirty old carpet. We enjoyed our short stay

The room I was given was NOT the room shown on the website. It had not had any updates in what kooked like 30 years. The TV got exactly 3 channels of infomercials, the ceiling had a cracked crumbling water stain close to 2 feet in length and the wallpaper was peeling and taped or even stapled in multiple areas. In fainess, it was clean and on the second night I was offered the option to change rooms but at that point all i was going to do was go to sleep and leave as early as possible so declined.

The hotel lobby and room were very clean and well kept. My 4 versus 5 rating had to do with the closed restaurant. I was told it’d be open for breakfast, but it wasn’t. I was referred to nearby Paul’s Diner, which was excellent.

I stayed here with my GF as a short getaway and for the great Sunday Brunch. The property is clean. I like the colonial outside theme. My only feedback is that inside of the property is dated. Overall it’s a decent facility, but could use a significant makeover to modernize the insides.

We ckecked in and left in an hour, we felt awkward and did even sit on the bed, no dining when you need it no breakfast no room service, guides were down on the tv, pool was under renovations along with the hot tub. Will never go back.
