🍇⛰️ In the heart of the Noble Valley of Alsace, in a typical village between the hills of Bollenberg, Strangenberg and Zinnkoepflé, the cottage Le Tilleul de la Vallée Noble welcomes you on the 1st floor of an Alsatian house completely renovated in 2022 and tastefully decorated.
🥨 In a warm and cosy setting, discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its great wines, and its history. Ideally located 15 minutes from Colmar, 🎡 from the Parc du Petit Prince and the Ecomuseum of Alsace, but also 30 minutes from Mulhouse and 🎿 40 minutes from Markstein. Within a radius of only 10 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: 💃 cabaret, 👙 spa, ⛳ golf, 🐎 equestrian center, 👟 hikes, 🍴 restaurants, 🍷 wineries etc.
🏠 The cottage is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif (Petit & Grand Ballons), 🎿 its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the Franco-German border, about 1h15 away, go on an adventure in the largest amusement park in Europe, 🎢 Europa Park, or enjoy a day in the pretty city of Freiburg.
The apartment includes:
🍴 a fully equipped dining kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle)
🛋️ a lounge area with television and double sofa bed,
🛏️ 🛏️ 2 bedrooms with a large double bed in each of them,
🛁🚿 a bathroom with bath and shower, double washbasin and hair dryer,
🚽 separate toilets.
🏡 The whole apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
cleaning will be done,
🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets (bed linen will be at your disposal if you wish to use the sofa bed),
clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel,
📶 free WIFI connection as well as TNT.
👕 A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing set on the ground floor of the house complete the equipment of the accommodation.
🍼 A cot can be installed on prior request.
🏓 On the ground floor is a shared space, where you can find a ping-pong table to enhance your stay.
🅿️ Free parking is 20 meters from the accommodation.
House rules:
🚫 The space on the ground floor is not a garage. Parking and access is strictly prohibited for motor vehicles. A tolerance is made for the parking of bicycles.
🚭 This apartment as well as all the outbuildings, the shared space on the ground floor included are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.
🚫 Pets are strictly prohibited.
Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge / freezer, the dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as clean up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
