'Rude large man at reception flirts with male customers. Nasty temper, argues with customers, rolls eyes when customers complain, gives you the worst rooms they have, pretends they don’t have the one you want, will immediately and aggressively pressure you to take refund if you complain about anything. A gross and despicable tamper. Not sure how he ended up at reception and why management tolerates him being abusive to clients.'

'The resort it self was clean enough and the staff was helpful once you asked for help! They are definitely not pro active. The resort it self is OLD to say the least. It is run down to the point of dangerous especially in the pool area. The handles in the pools are barely hanging on and the tile is broken on a lot of parts of the pools. 'Everything form the welcoming fresh water and cookies to the insane smell and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are so beautiful, bed, pillow and covers were so comfortable. The shower was so beautiful, water pressure was perfect no conditioner but we survived. The free coffee, two bottles of water and beer was so welcoming….don’t drink Michelob but they gave us two free drinks for the bar and they were so good.
