'The staff at this hotel were nice, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. However, we unfortunately discovered a small worm in our bed. We brought the issue directly to the receptionist, who handled the situation immediately and professionally (By offering us a new room). While the staff service was excellent, the room needs a closer look. Location is excellent if just needed to be near the airport.'

'El transporte aeropuerto al hotel lo programan para cada hora. Yo llegué con mi hija chica y hablé eran las 9:15 pm y me dijeron que a las 10:00 pasaba. A las 10:00 volvi a marcar y me dijeron que tardaría 15 minutos. A las 10:15 volvi a marcar y me dijeron que tardarían 20 minutos más por lo que decidi irme en taxi lo cual no tenía considerado gastar. Me pareció muy mal que a esas horas estuvieron tardando tanto.
