'Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. Don't be scared of the steps, they are definitely doable ;) '

'A very quite relaxing place, breakfast is available but it was not the best (cold), this was a very different place, also a yoga retreat. interesting building and rooms. little areas to sit everywhere. lots of spiral staircases to get to places so not good if you have a bit of a funny knee like i have. 2 lovely dogs on the premises too, very friendly.'

'Prima hotel. Bemensing receptie prima, maar bemensing restaurant “below standard”. Restaurant medewerkers slordig, niet alert, weinig vriendelijk. Gereserveerde tafel werd weggegeven aan een ander. Interne coördinatie niet goed. Gedurende diner geen aandacht voor tafelgasten. Zelf wijn inschenken. Ook kleding bedienend personeel niet in overeenstemming met status van dit verder prima en hoogstaande hotel. Per saldo een aanrader. '

'We had double room with stunning view of Hout bay. Large room and quality bath room. With our room came garaged parking. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Downside: the area close to property feels quite unsafe and I wouldn't walk with my wife and daughter there. Access to a car a necessity in my opinion. '
