'Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

'Quirky campsite, stayed in the Airstream Had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. Was nice to have our own toilet but, felt the shower was unnecessary and we did not use it Well equipped kitchen, seating area inside and out. Bed very comfy '

'We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!'

'We were a group of 4 friends who met at University (a long time ago!).We’re spread across the country so this location just off the M40 was ideal. The facilities are great. Where else can you find the exclusive use of a tennis court, swimming pool and a snooker table?! The owner’s communication before and during our stay were first class. Check-in was very easy.No issues at all and you can safely ignore other reviews about the motorhomes causing parking problems -they are blocked parked down...

'Small but charming room. Tends to be warm on the rare sunny days, opening the windows helped when there was a breeze. Very nice and courteous housekeeper. Approximately a 5 minute walk to grocery store, 10min to High Street and 25 min to train station. Overall a great stay!'

'Exactly as advertised. Kurt, the owner, was prompt in responding to every question. Great location if you don’t mind a little walking. Quiet, safe residential area. Cab fares to most Oxford locations were reasonable. Highly recommended by all three of us (seniors).'

'Excellent property very conveniently situated for a pre Christmas walkable visit to Blenheim Palace. Also, less than a five minute walk to Woodstock’s fine pubs and restaurants. The accommodation itself was high spec, peaceful and extremely comfortable for a short stay. I would definitely stay again. '

'Great cottage, cute village. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Was quiet, a quick walk to the local pub that had delicious food! Easy to drive around nearby towns. Highly recommend it for a couple. '

'We had a very quiet time at this pod. The facility was recently built, so it was modern, warm, and comfortable with a great view. It was great that they had a wide variety of coffee and tea, and that cooking utensils were well-equipped. I also felt that they were committed to sustainability, such as using Faith in Nature shampoo. Things to keep in mind are that it would be that there was no dishwasher or washing machine, so everything had to be washed by hand.'

"Schoon hotel. Makkelijk om met bus (5 pond p.d.) in het centrum te komen. Badkamer (minder validen) was aan een kleine opknapbeurt toe. Pizza en wings verkrijgbaar. In het gebouw ernaast bios, Aziatisch buffet en burgers. "

"Very 'Oxford' style hotel. A little wear & tear in my single room. Room was a little too warm for my liking and opening the window was quite tricky for fresh air (no airco - or at least airco not working at this time of year). Rusty and leaking kettle in the room."

"Due to delays late at the hotel. Phoned to reserve for dinner at 8 pm; not possible agreed with 8.15. Normallly een good sign when it is that busy. When arriving at the hotel no one at the reception. Waiter told us to wait. It took 15 minutes. Reception needed creditcard which I did not understand as we paid in advance. Felt treated as if we were criminals. Went to restaurant where we got the most unattractive table in a almost empty restaurant. Menu very limited and overpriced. As we had to leave early and did not want to wait whether there was someone present at reception in the morning we insisted on paying immediately. Already often paid with this card in English restaurants but this time the card was refused. Akward. Room was clean. Bed was too hard and room despite fan too warm. Next morning early for breakfast. Were told it would take 8 minutes before breakfast was ready. Luckily we did receive coffee. At 7 o’clock we tried to toast bread. Toaster did not work. Looked under the table and could fix it by turning the power on. The breakfast was good with eggs, cheese, ham and salmon. "
