'Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.'

'Beautifully refurbished room, clean and incredibly comfortable with great amenities and wonderful staff. Slight criticism is the impossibly small sized size of the sink in the bathroom, that small infact, when trying to wash my face I may or may not have bumped my head off the tap (insert laughs here). Electrical sockets would have also been ideal to both sides of the bed. Didn't have breakfast but did pop in for a evening beverage and the pub was stunning. Bit on the pricey side but again...

'The location was nice. We had a sea view room. The problem is that the room also faced the road and we could hear cars all night. And, the mattress was the worst I have ever come across in a hotel. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The bathroom had heated floors however, which was very nice. '

'It was a very nice stay with an excellent couple. Warm welcomed. A very nice big dog was also present to welcome. I had to say hello to the dog as he was so friendly. Very cooperative host. Family environment. Residence is upstairs like three rooms and bathroom outside the rooms. Mostly quiet. Nice and clean and a proper communication with the host throughout my stay. I was invited warmly to have breakfast but had no time. Will miss this stay.'

'the parking is very limited breakfast was lovely room was loveley and warm. shower was too be desired could not get hot water very close to the main road so could here all traffic late at night very noisey other guests at 2am up and down the stairs'

'I loved staying at The Beaches because everything was perfect, the owners were on hand to do breakfast every morning which wasn't limited to either a full English or just cereals (as in some B&B's that I've stayed in), they were happy to be of any help that you needed. I would be very happy to stay there next year when I go down again. There was nothing to hate about staying there.'
