A little Gem….
A little Gem…..this was our 2nd visit to Spreyton. Wendy & Hayden are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble, location ideal with free parking. Breakfast included and plenty of choice from an additional menu if a traditional Cooked Breakfast is not suitable just let them know the evening before. Room was homely and very comfortable especially the bed. Wifi included and a great speed. We had a very relaxing few days there and will be back next year.

Excellent Stay
Only stayed the one night, but would certainly return again. The owners were freindly, pleasent & had a caring attitude for their guests, right from the warm welcoming to the cheerful goodbye. The accommodation was excellent, clean, spacious bedroom, great breakfast. I would certainly recommend this guest house to all.

I had a great stay at Spreyton. The hosts were very friendly and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was faultless. It exceeded any expectation I had and was excellent value for money.

Practical and comfortable stay. 10 minute walk to Weston front / Grand Pier area. Quite albeit located by a busy main artery road into town. Good shower / on suite. Really appreciated the early breakfast at7am as I had to leave no later than 07.30am. Hayden and Wendy were welcoming, very helpful and friendly. Entering their 20th season so experienced guest house owners

Perfect one night stay!
We stayed for just one night and it was wonderful. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the hosts were extremely helpful. The location is perfect, there is free on site parking and it’s only a 15 minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was lovely, very tasty and freshly cooked. We would highly recommend.

OK with a great breakfast
The breakfast was really good but was a little disappointed with the part of the building where the rooms were - the room was definitely comfortable and clean but really needed some colour and a bit of updating as it felt a little like student digs.

A little gem
I stayed here last week and it was just lovely . The hosts Hayden and Wendy were superb very nice couple and made an effort to have s conversation. I even got some recommendations of where to eat for dinner and had one if nicest Italians ever . Gk to Tarentellas it's only a 15 minute walk from the guest house . Room was very cozy and very clean. Comfy bed and the usual facilities you would expect in the room. They also have great parking facilities in the next door building which you can use. The breakfast was lovely also and the homemade banana cake which I took with me was incredible. Highly recommend and I will defo return when in the area again for work . :)

Comfortable stay
I stayed for two nights on business. The hotel is located around ten minutes walk from the train station. It is extremely clean, modern and well presented. The hosts are friendly and helpful and made breakfast for me slightly early as I had a train to catch for a work meeting, which I appreciated greatly. The room was very comfortable with everything you could need. The breakfast was fresh with a good selection of dishes, and even homemade cake, which was very nice! I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return soon myself.

Really good B&B, the owners were very welcoming and helpful. Very clean comfortable and conveniently located for public transport close to the main railway station and busses to tourist attractions such as Cheddar Gorge and Wells. Excellent breakfasts too.

Disappointing
Despite being on a major road, was quiet in the room. Requested use of an iron as none in the room, the iron would not heat up enough to iron my shirt- even after half an hour. The breakfast was so small and was left feeling hungry - other side of menu available you had to request 24 hours before- was only staying one night so not possible. No shampoo provided.

We had a lovely stay , The proprietors were very warm and welcoming nothing was to much trouble , The breakfast was excellent and the room spotlessly clean , situated just out of town but an easy walk with no hills , we would definitely recommend and return ourselves

A good choice
We loved our 2 night stay here in one of the larger rooms. The room had everything we needed, a very comfy bed, spotlessly clean, a good shower. The owners were friendly and very obliging. Enjoyed the good quality and well presented breakfast. Having a car park was a huge bonus.

Stayed 1 night for business. Family couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Great room, easy to use shower (not a "safe-cracking" one with one degree of acceptable temperature), fantastic breakfast. Definitely staying again!
