'Check in was easy. Our room looked nice at first. The alarm clock had outlets on it but it wasn't working. I needed an outlet for my cpap. I moved the night stand and put the plug in the other outlet .it worked but there was a full bottle of water and garbage in the floor. The carpet was filthy. The tile floor had a prescription pill on it. There was a pen on the carpet. The refrigerator worked but the small freezer portion was a block of ice. 'When we checked in we waited about 10 min to get checked in the guy that helped us was Alfredo and he was the only one working and he was doing it all the maintenance cleaning and checking in all of it he was doing it witch was amazing had nothing but good response and help from him. He would not have need left alone but he was doing very good for what he had to handle. It was clean and the pool was so deep and fun family really enjoyed this place'

'Reasonably clean and conducive atmosphere. Breakfast is decent, but could finish if you are too late. You may have to ask for some bowls to be refill. Some amenities like fridge, coffee maker may not be available and you have to request. There are no restaurants around.'

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'The property was extremely dirty, damaged doors curtains, falling off the windows TV unplugged no cable until I went and plugged it in myself dust an inch deep. It was so bad we went and bought our own sheets and bedding come back and strip the room of all that’s belongings where the bedding is concerned and laid out our own new clean stuff. 'While the staff was polite and the room accommodating and fairly clean, the area was not good. For travelers looking for a safe community for an overnight stay, we would not recommend this hotel. The parking lot was dark and unlit in many places, several people were loitering out there late at night doing drugs, and there was what appeared to be a prostitute in and out of the hotel. If you value your safety and security of your family, car, etc. this area of the city is not a good choice for...

'I love this hotel for my grandkids! All ages can enjoy their pool. Even though it only goes to 3ft it is still fun to play with kids and go down the water slide! Hot tub so warm and relaxing! And FREE BREAKFAST!! Compared to other hotels in Omaha, Ne this is THE BEST PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND KIDS!!'
