'Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

Staying in the Catherine de Valois Room, we were greeted with historical elegance combined with modern comforts. 'Our second visit to Greens Cottages as close to our daughter in Sittingbourne. Good dog walks, great pub. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Nice welcome pack - butter/ milk/ tea/ coffee/ juice and a loaf of sourdough the next day. Salt, pepper, olive oil , loo paper. So you don’t need to bring with you.'
