'Room cleaned after I reached the hotel and kept me waiting for 15 Minute for cleaning even though it's pre booked. Toilet seats were dirty and not cleaned even after informing the team. Coffee machine was utter waste, the disposable cups were old and blackish spots in it. Coffee was horrible. Waste bin should be cleaned by us. They won't do it. Towels we need to replace each time by going to the reception and ask. It was a horrible stay here.'

'The room was great for our party of 4. The pull out couch seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned so they must not pull it out at every clean but we had a set of sheets and pillow in the closet to use. The shower head was terrible, you had about 6 streams of low pressure water coming out. The pool was good for the kids. I really liked how close the stores and restaurants were.'
