'We have stayed here on many occasions and were less impressed this time than we have been in the past. The facilities are getting outdated and run down. Management needs to attend to updating the rooms quickly. There was one electric plug and it was so loose we couldn't make the cord stay plugged in. 'We just love staying at the lodge at Angel fire. The hotel and room are always clean with ample space. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and hard working (especially Phillip at the front desk). My boys absolutely love the pool and hot tub. And, not to mention the incredible location in Angel fire. This was our 4th or 5th visit and we have never found anything to complain about. '

'No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. '
