We normally receive five-star reviews 99% of the time, so the 1% we really try to figure out what we can do better to serve you and your guests in our high-end executive accommodation. We go out of our way to provide a top level of service and communication and I’m glad to see you mentioned that. Thank you. I’m glad you and your guests enjoyed the beautiful space as it is well cared for, and very clean. The hot tub is serviced twice a week so we can maintain the high level of cleanliness. The day before you arrived, the hot tub was completely drained and cleaned. However, when you arrived you texted me about the tub being a little low on water and the display had a trouble signal. I responded to you within five minutes and we had a technician on site immediately to rectify the issue. The second king size master bedroom does have a king size bed that is made up as two twin beds. This is common in the hospitality industry due to the ever changing groups of people we have stay in this beautiful townhome. Many high-end hotels use the same practice. It also allows each guest the comfort of their own mattress, providing a luxury sleeping experience. I'm glad you mentioned that this large home allows plenty of room for up to eight guests, or in your case, four couples. This makes for great savings, instead of staying at a hotel and paying for four separate rooms. Plus, you can enjoy the comradery with your favorite people. I trust you and your guests enjoyed the luxurious furniture and decor, including the imported Italian leather sectional in the great room? Plus all of the fine linens, flat wear and fully stocked kitchen? Most guests find this as an extra bonus. Nothing better than coming home from a sports day or a stroll through the village to a warm home to have dinner and drinks with friends and family. We try our best to provide a high end accommodation for our guest. We communicate very quickly to give you the comfort that you know you're in good hands and we pride ourselves on the cleanliness for our guests. Hello Linda, Thank you for your comments. It is very important to us to make sure every guest's stay is as best as it can be. We pride ourselves on our hundreds of five star reviews. So when we get a four star review, we really want to make sure we understand where we may have let you down... We try so hard for five star reviews! In this case I think we excelled in the great service provided, but there was something that just couldn't make you happy and you have every right to vent your concerns. Five minutes after you checked in you called me to let me know how pleased you were with the high end accommodations. Then ask where the manuals were for the appliances so you could compare fahrenheit to Celsius. We complied and let you know that the manuals for all appliances were beside the desk in the downstairs bedroom. On day two you called about how to recycle properly in Canada. Although it's in the house "welcome book" we reviewed it with you and made sure you felt comfortable about it. On day three you called to let us know that we were missing garbage bags. Our mistake; We immediately called the cleaner and they delivered a box of garbage bags within an hour. I called to confirm they were delivered and unfortunately you seemed put off by this. We apologize as this shouldn't have happened as we stock our executive townhouse with months of supply. Nonetheless, it was our fault that this was missed during the busiest month of the summer. The downstairs bedroom is not a garage conversion. This was a design choice from the original builder and it was opted to go for a bedroom and smaller garage space. Most guests really enjoy the main floor bedroom because it's dark and very comfortable. It has a full bathroom right across the hallway and is so nice and private from the rest of the townhouse. There are many of these units in the complex. We put everything into keeping all of our guests 100% happy. We apologize if we missed the mark with you. We have updated the "guest book" to reflect the exact place where we keep the appliance manuals and also have updated the recycling protocols. We thank you for the feedback! No other guest has ever mentioned these two small items as they're usually too busy relaxing on their lovely holidays, and we hope that you were able to enjoy your holiday also despite these two points. A little surprised that you only gave us four stars when 99% of our guests give us a five star rating for the beautiful condition and top notch service we provide our guests. I trust your early access was helpful to your daughter's arrival? We always try to accommodate our guests with their needs and high expectations. Although the large fourth bedroom doesn't have a window, many guests prefer this as it's nice to sleep in a dark room while on vacation. It is a large room and is well appointed. We were not aware that the kettle was missing. If you would have let us know, we would have rushed one to you, as it's very important to us that our guests are well taken care of and all items are there for their use. Hello David, Thank you for the five star review. We take a lot of pride in our executive townhouse in Whistler and always strive to make everyone's stay perfect. I'm surprised about your comment about a small room. We have two king size rooms each with their own ensuites. The other upstairs bunk room is very spacious. Maybe it's the downstairs bedroom that has the queen bed and a single Murphy bed that you're referring to?

Hello Ken, It's very important for us to make sure each guest feels 100% comfortable staying in our executive townhouse. We take an emmense amount of pride on the excellent condition our place is in. I apologize for the BBQ not being top to your standard. This must have been an over sight by our cleaner as this is on the cleaning list and our cleaner has been with us for years and has never missed this item. If you would have called or emailed, we would have had someone over to clean this in less than 15 minutes. Hope to see you return in the future.

Dear anonymous, It's unfortunate that you would write a four star review under anonymous, as we always get five star reviews because we maintain a very high end executive townhouse vacation property. We go to great lengths to provide our guests a top notch five star experience in our Whistler vacation home. If you did see a few burned out light bulbs and a broken lock, you could have alerted us and we would have had it fixed within the hour. Hello, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and the executive town home was very clean and to your liking. The location of the place is only a five minute walk to the village and a 10 minute walk to the lifts. However, with gear you're correct, It's better to take the shuttle to the lifts. The village shuttle is only a 100' feet walk from the front door and goes behind the town home. Unfortunately, it was not running during your stay, due to a driver's strike. Normally, you would walk to the shuttle which is less than 100 feet from our front door and it is a two minute ride to the main skier's square in the village.
