Set within the Nicklaus North community, this two-bedroom condo offers a balance of scenery and convenience. Large picture windows frame views of Green Lake and the surrounding peaks, filling the open living area with natural light even in winter. The layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, while the bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the condo to give everyone space and privacy. A vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, and comfortable seating make the living area an easy place to unwind after time outside.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king-split bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a generous closet, with a second bathroom nearby offering a glass-enclosed shower. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with ample counter space and a breakfast bar for casual mornings. A dining table seats four, making it easy to enjoy meals together while taking in the mountain backdrop.

Nicklaus North is a peaceful area on the edge of Green Lake with direct access to trails for walking, biking, and cross-country skiing. Whistler Village is a short drive away, offering dining, shopping, and mountain access while you return each evening to a quieter setting.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily
