'We booked two queen double bed in waterfront tower. At check in they said no room available and they gave us 1 king in a different tower. No apologies and any refund. Person at check in was extreme rude and not courteous. There were many other such incidents. Hotel itself wasn’t bad but service was terrible. Seemed they were low on staff and compared to the number of guests. Few people were doing over time and running around across towers and rooms.'

'The rooms were clean and the Food court downstairs was a plus. Convenient location and house keeping was excellent. I couldn't get an answer from the front desk when I called several times. The room initially smelled like smoke although I had a non smoking room.. other than that it was a good hotel stay.'
