'The safety was poor. Anybody can get on the elevator without a key and go to any floor. The hallway smells like dog pee we had to request for the room to get cleaned. I spent the Fourth of July there a fire alarm went off we had to walk from the 12th floor. There’s no cameras in the stairwell. A 70 year-old woman was stuck in the stairwell due to a force alarm the front desk. Don’t even give you an alert on your phone when something‘s happening in the hotel. 'The facility and staff were so accommodating! The rooms were clean! If I were to make one recommendation, it would be to make the mattresses firmer. I also loved that they played a variety of music at the pool including some christian music. Very well done!'
