First, their computer system was not updated and we entered our given room only to have someone else using it. The next guest had the same experience. Second, it was like staying in a frat house, the walls are paper thin. All. Night. Long. You could hear the partying or even the whispers of the people in the surrounding rooms. With all the money this hotel makes, surely by now they could do major updates. The thin walls, fresh paint, new windows, NEW mattresses and way better pillows. The outside of the building was very dilapidated & dirty. If you are looking to save a few dollars, sure stay there. But if u value your sanity & a good nights sleep, stay somewhere with a few stars more. We love whitefish & Kalispell but the rates have skyrocketed, their service & quality does not reflect this. This being said, the staff was nice. But no, I’d not stay there again.
