'Truly excellent and restful. Made my reservation via expedia, and because they didn't have any other pet room available, they put me in a two bedroom apartment at less cost. Additionally, staff were more than helpful, very nice stay here, thanks!'

'The hotel has an excellent location, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was friendly. However, I have a couple of comments: there isn't enough parking available for guests, so you have to find a spot around the hotel. Fortunately, parking is free from 6 PM to 8 AM. Additionally, the soundproofing could be improved; our rooms was on the first floor, and we could hear everything happening above us. Overall, we really like the hotel '

'Great hotel right in the heart of Whitehorse. Super easy to walk to the river, shops and dining. Very friendly, attentive staff. I had a few special requests to be sent to our room and they kindly obliged. My only comment would be to have a few more garbage cans in the lobby area and outside.'

'Room was not at all as described in description from Expedia. Supposed to have twin beds, fridge in room, microwave, etc., and a private bath, and was 1 double ‘bed’ w/ a foam mattress on a rollaway frame. Property not in national park and no nearby shopping as described. '
