'The rooms are very noisy and under bad condition. '

'We had a really good stay. Only a flying visit to meet friends. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with around a 10-minute walk into the main town, making it really convenient for exploring Worcester. We also parked in the pub car park next door, which was really handy, and enjoyed having a drink and some food there too. The car reg thing wasn’t working and we did check this with the pub staff. 'Gewoon een hotel. Niet meer niet minder. Niks gezellig. Ontbijt was buffet, was in orde. Kamer was proper. Badkamer ruim. Maar matras was verschrikkelijk. Ook het zetelbed voor de kids lag oncomfortabel. '

'Great hotel with friendly service and good nice looking restaurant. I was comming in late so they made me a delicious sandwich to avoid going to bed without meal. I received a room with bathroom for disabled people. It would be good to have a squeegee there ;-). Nice parking space but maybe a slow loading station for electric cars would be a nice add-on. Breakfast starts a bit late if you target business people.'

'Leuk hotel, proper, ruimte om met de hond buiten te komen, vriendelijk. Enige minpunt, aan de balie staat dat je £4 korting krijgt wanneer je in de bar/restaurant voor £20 spendeert. Wij hebben deze korting toch niet gekregen omdat we niet op voorhand aan de receptie hadden doorgegeven dat we van deze actie wilden gebruik maken. Jammer, waarom kan dit niet rechtstreeks verrekend worden in de factuur van het hotel,'

'Like at most HIE hotels it was a pleasant stay. The staff made the effort dressing up Halloween style today. That made breakfast feisty. Room and shower were great. Restaurant and breakfast functional and more than exceptional for those who don't want to go out. '

'On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you'

'De kamer kon een poetsbeurt gebruiken wat niet gebeurde. Handdoeken werden niet gewisseld ook al was dat onze vraag. Het ontbijt was heel goed.'

'Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.'

'Slecht sanitair. Niet altijd warm water. Wc merrdere keren verstopt vsnwege slechte staat.'

'This was second visit and delighted with room, food, location and staff!'
