They were under heavy construction. And the stay was miserable. We are in our 70s and they shut down the elevator for about 12 hours to install tile flooring. They had tools, equipment and materials strewn all over the common area. While they did make an effort to keep the tables clean there was drywall dust everywhere. The restroom next to the lobby was not being maintained wirh toilet tissue all over the floor and the restroom generally very dirty. We signed in as 4 guests but the room only provided towels for three. When we called the front desk asking for an additional set of towels they said we had to come get them. Staff was courteus and understanding. They also said that the renovation was posted at the bottom of their website. Using my phone I missed that notice. I have not gone back to verify it is there. I personally think a posting more prominent would be. More appropriate. I get the financial side of not closing to do the renovation work. Unfortunately I am not inclined to ever return
