I like the indoor pool I think that's neat even in bad weather you can enjoy poolside.... The fact that the restaurant is connected to it where people can see you getting out the pool I think it's a little weird but all in all it's a clean hotel great customer service.

I stayed a week for work. I was locked out everyday when I got in. My room was cleaned only once. Never had fresh towels. The staff was rude as well.

Ice machine was gone and no sign showing an alternate area to get ice. This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this place and the staff has been pleasant each time.

The bathroom was not clean. The pillows are lumpy and the beds are like sleeping on the floor. We we to have the included breakfast to find there were no items out. The coffee in the thermos was cold (suspect it was from the previous day). We tried to call out to someone at the front desk but no one came or responded.

It took over an hour to get my room ready because I needed a ground floor not second floor. The key wouldn't open my door the TV didn't come on whenever I needed it too the hair dryer wouldn't work the bathtub was dirty there was a used razor laying on this side of it and two bars of use soap in the soap dish but the bed felt good

The first room I was assigned smelled like cigarette smoke and the walls were dirty, could use a fresh coat of paint. The desk and tv stand were in bad shape The staff member was quick to assign me a new room. Again the tv and desk were very well worn, it definitely gave the room a dirty vibe The area around the door entrance was dated and policy postings on the door were dated 1979 There were two beds, one had three pillows the other had two that were haphazardly thrown on, makes me wonder if someone had been in the room watching tv before The grout in the bathroom was black along with along the bottom of the tub The office was a modge lodge of decor with a dingy red carpet and velvet aisle ropes leading up to the desk tossed down There was a sign on the door that said forgive our mess while we are under construction but that looked well worn also I wasn’t able to cancel my booking through Expedia. I made the booking bc it was rates 7.2 in Expedia. I slept for a couple of hours and left at 3am because I did not feel comfortable. I received a follow up for a positive review with an email to reach out to owner with any issues but the email was incomplete It was ———@——————-.——- and was not a clickable link

This property was run down and not taken care of, no blankets on the bed, game room could have been fun if there was equipment ie a net for table tennis and paddles that where not broken, disks for the air hockey tables, bean bags for corn hole…. The breakfast was waffles, sliced bread. warm juice, milk and coffee- no forks, no tea for the water. This is by far the worst Baymont we have stayed at highly disappointing

Had a late arrival. 1 AM. wasgiven a dirty, unclean, unmade bed, garbage in trash cans, things on the floor. Complained to front dr=esk Gave me a different room which had NO toilet paper, dirty footprints on the bathroom floor, and arrived to breakfast waround 8:50AM. with nearly nothing available to be eaten. VERY Dissatisfied!!

The room was not clean. There was dried urine on the toilet. The bedspread was dirty. The towels were tiny and rough. I would have given it one star if the price had not been low enough to reduce my expectations. The area has other places close by with better rooms for a nominal price increase.

You get what you pay for but it was too highly rated. The beds were comfortable but everything else was extremely outdated and felt dirty. The man that checked us in didn't know any English. The breakfast was oatmeal, waffle mix that had been sitting there, and toast and that was all. No staff was there to help out. Not a pleasant experience. We will not be staying there again.

Don't stay here unless you are desperate
The breakfast was virtually nonexistent. Cups of waffle mix in a fridge that looked like they had been sitting there for a week, and cold coffee, and that is it. None of the amenities the advertised were available. I travel a lot, and never leave reviews, but this place sucked.

I loved the room but I was upset because the room was not clean, the ice bucket was filled with water that dripped from the ceiling, there was clumps of dirt on the floor. The heart shaped jacuzzi was dirty, the pillows were not on the bed and did not have pillow cases, there was no towels, rags or anything eles in the bathroom. The pool was being maintenance so was not able to use it. There was no housekeepers all weekend to clean my room.

Pros: Cheap other than $25 per dog per night, convenient, bed was comfortable, quiet, good shower. Cons: Double charge then take one off later, Deposit added, then take off later, floor needed mopped, breakfast was minimal at best, pet area was garbage strewn with glass, bottles, an old wheelchair, feces everywhere. Towels were very small and poor quality. With some effort this could be improved. The 2 employees were nice.
