My poor experience started from the time I called the hotel and asked for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The desk clerk was rude then and upon arrival was not friendly unlike the other woman we have encountered there when we have stayed. As a silver Hilton honors member I asked for my water upon check in. She sighed and said I can give you one. She acted very put out. Then I get to the room and the sink vanity is hanging on a slant so bad that the drawer won’t stay shut. The toilet seat had a spot where the paint was missing from it. The mattress was pretty worn. The charge outlets were stripped on the bed side table. I got up this morning to take a shower and there was a bottle of body lotion marked hanging in the shower instead of conditioner.
