Each bedroom upstairs has its own tv, with two bedrooms with queen-sized beds that share their own bathroom, and across the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and the fully fenced backyard. Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock on the front door.

Your unique access code will be provided the day before your check-in. For your security and to prevent being locked out, please only use the smart lock and do not lock the separate doorknob.

-Derby is very family-friendly and has some beautiful parks to go check out, a sand volleyball/pickleball complex, and Field Station Dinosaurs for the little ones!

-Centrally located in Derby, a cute, quiet neighborhood that's just a hop, skip, and a jump (20 minutes) away from downtown Wichita.

-Just down the street is the Derby Golf & Country Club

-The city of Derby is in a quiet suburb of Wichita, with new local businesses sprouting up all the time!

- If you need to stop and grab some groceries or forgot a few items, there is a grocery store right up the road from us!

Getting Around:

-We are located just off Meadowlark Drive and Longhorn Drive. Just up the street from Meadowlark is a major road known as Rock Road.

-Garage is open to guests and the driveway can park three cars.

-We are just a short drive from many cities including downtown Wichita, Mulvane, and Goddard.

-The Dwight D. Eisenhower Airport is a 22-minute drive from our house.

-10 minutes from the McConnell Air Force Base.

-18 minutes from the Century II Performing Arts Center.
