As a guest, you have the luxury of a private double bedroom & bathroom, plus exclusive private access to the spa-room featuring a six seater luxury 40° heated hydrotherapy spa pool with a recliner full leg & head cushion, with powerful individually adjustable directional hydro-hurricane air/water massage jets, relaxing fading perimeter underwater LED lighting system, LED lit safety handrails, cascading LED backlit waterfall. With built-in Bluetooth speakers for you to connect your music. Also the spa-room has a walk-in LED shower & fitness area. All of which are included in your stay at no extra cost.

The Spa hydrotherapy pool can also be booked separately without an overnight stay.
This is not a hot tub that you would get in a gym. It is a “hydrotherapy pool” which is far more powerful than a hot tub, with four powerful pumps for heated oxygen/water massage.

Couples please message me before booking if you would prefer the property exclusively to yourselves or part-share for a discount.
There may be times (optional) when your host will be at this part shared semi-detached property. Even so the areas mentioned above still remain exclusively private to you as a guest & your plus one, & so there would not be any other guest. You are also free to use the kitchen privately.
If booking for more than one night, you can have sole occupancy, however if booking a second night I may need access to the property for business office use for one hour max on the second day. This does not apply if you are staying for one night.
The option for single guest to have sole occupancy is at an extra affordable premium of 64, or 0 for part shared.
If you require a second bedroom, then please inform me before booking.

I’m flexible with the check-in & out times with prior notice, however checkout time in general is 10am, even so if you wish to extend the time, then I can accommodate at extra charges.

Your bedroom & bathroom are your private spaces for you as a guest.
You will also enjoy exclusive private access to the spa-room hydrotherapy pool with powerful air/water massage jets, walk-in shower & fitness area during your stay.

Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the kitchen/dining area, lounge, hallway, & garden. These spaces may occasionally be shared with the host unless your preference is sole occupancy.

Guest are invited to message me with their preference—either part sharing the property with the host or booking for double occupancy. Either way, your bedroom/bathroom/spa pool are exclusively private to you.

Single guests will also have a private bedroom, bathroom & pool area. However, the remaining areas of the property will be shared.

Your privacy is very important & will be respected in this part “Shared accommodation” with the host.
However there are times when your host won’t be at this “shared property”, so please check availability if you would prefer sole occupancy before booking.

The main guest booker must verify their identity with Airbnb prior to booking. Your profile photo must clearly show your face for identification purposes.

Interactions with guests & host is via phone, text or in person.

If you have a special request, then please let me know. For example - some people just want to stay for several hours & not overnight.
