'Als je door de Abruzzo reist is dit een prachtige plek om 1 of een paar nachten door te brengen. Het middeleeuwse dorpje Santo Stefano di Sessanio heeft een prachtige ligging, en is (deels) prachtig gerestaureerd. De hotel kamers zijn verspreid in het dorp, en ook deze zijn fantastisch - middeleeuws gecombineerd met design (sanitair). Wij waren erg onder de indruk. Enige nadelen die ik kan bedenken zijn de toeristen (er zijn maar ca.70 inwoners in Santo Stefano) en het bed dat gemaakt is van...

'This was a magical place to stay from the moment we checked in. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The grounds are breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool for a quiet afternoon swim. The room was comfortable and had everything we would need. The castle itself was amazing to walk through and the staff graciously answered any questions we had. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy. We felt like royalty! Highly recommend! '

'The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, has amazing views and is in a unique location, complete with it's own Roman ruins. The staff members are fantastic and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Loved our stay and look forward to returning so we can fit a wine tasting in!'
