'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek de eerste kamer een puinhoop die men vergeten was schoon te maken. In de tweede kamer was men vergeten de badkamer schoon te maken. In de derde kamer was niet gestofzuigd en hing de lamp in de badkamer los aan 10 cm snoer. De WiFi deed het niet en dat konden ze niet zelf oplossen. '
