'The property is in a beautiful location with access to a beautiful beach. Gardens/pathways are well maintained.
The spa is excellent.
Small problem areas are - teapot in room still full of old tea/rust colored water in the kettle/wooden strip above the lounge curtain fell off/dinner was mediocre (risotto was terrible - stodgy lump)/back of house area behind our villa had garbage lying around.
Devil is in the details.
