'The room was clean VERY clean, but it was SMALL And had a funky smell- like a combo of being damp and the cleaner they use. I’m talking nowhere to put anything small. We were stashing stuff wherever we could find room. No hooks, no towel racks, no hand towels. No blankets or quilts. Just a top sheet. We used our beach towels as blankets. 'We were pleasantly surprised by this room. The grounds were nice, the room was clean. Only concern was if the towel hanging in the bathroom behind the door was unused. It was hanging on a hook when we got there and didn't look fresh. The 4pm check in policy is a bit, meh. That's honestly kind of late in the day. 'The motel was more modern than most wildwood motels. Overall, very clean and the maid service was friendly. However, the room smelled like mold. There were dryer sheets hanging from the vents. Lastly, the hotel manager was grumpy. I hate to write anything negative about people because I am also in customer service and try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But in the 5 days we were there, she was grumpy all those days!'
