Upon arrival, guests can park in the driveway then proceed up the main front porch entry. Once inside, guests are centrally positioned in the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area offers comfortable accommodations for entertaining company, watching a movie on the mounted 65” flatscreen television, or playing board games on a rainy day. The spacious circulation of the living, dining, and kitchen areas provide easy movement between all allowing for guests to easily entertain large family groups. Down the hallway past the kitchen, the King bedroom is the first room on the right-hand side with the Bunk bedroom located just after. The corner hallway Queen bedroom is immediately after the Bunk bedroom and rests across from the second hallway bathroom. At the rear of the hallway, the Pyramid bedroom is right before the entry to the laundry room.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens.

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owner’s sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final. All reservations for the following season done before Jan 1st cannot be confirmed until rates are set for that season.
