Hello Mark, Appreciate your thoughts............................. The Sea Scape Inn a Fine Boutique, a Great Destination for Families with Heated Pool and Free WiFi Covering the Total Property. I remember: you had 2 laptops one was connected to the WiFi and one did not for reasons unknown. Also, the WiFi may have been unavailable for a short time to update or for maintenance. Lamp Shade: your early arrival did not allow us time to put the new replacement shade on the lamp but it was completed same day. We were updating several rooms with lamp shades that morning while housekeeping. We should have let you go to your room before 3pm. Dated Rooms: we have updated half of the rooms over the past 2 years and the rest will be soon. Hope to see you again please reserve one of the several updated rooms.

Richard we made it clear to you, prior to your arrival that this motel is not a party house. My motel is for families and mature acting adults who enjoy places that are quite at night with Guest speaking amongst one another, not loud overwhelming banter fueled by alcohol. I care about My Guest

Yes I know you were not happy but the Wildwoods of NJ are addressing the Door Wop Era. There are no national or international named accomendations here with the requirements you had.

We are so sorry for the confusion. We are a 3 star Inn/Motel not a 4 /5 star Hotel. Guest do see the office hours on the door and in the Sea Scape Inn confirmation, early departures pick up their $100 the night before. You were here last summer and you already know this and our confirmation which mentions $100 so there is no Hidden Cash. As was explained, on previous occasions the $100 brings the right kind of families here, this is for the convenience of the other Guest and to assure good night’s sleep and no parties’ way pass midnight. This also brings good people here and if you know Wildwood there are no 5 star motels and 4 star hotels are extremely expensive. People can get noisy, loud and use bad language that we don’t want children to hear. You mentioned that the owner waived the $100 last; please understand that nobody else is authorized to do what the owner can do, I think you know that. However, you’re making the right decision to stay at 4 and 5 Star Hotels in the future, As you know, Safety and Concern for Guest as at the Sea Scape Inn a Fine Family Destination. We will miss you. Sorry that you had reason to write and post such an ill intended review. Of course we would have taken care of any of your concerns if you either let the office know or the housekeeper or Luis who is here to assist the Guest if there were any concerns. But you never mentioned it while you were here and it looked like you were really enjoying yourself and were friendly,so I don't understand, but sorry Shriya. I must say that families stayed in your room before you and after you with no complaints about the same room that you stayed in . If you broke the socket then Luis must have fixed it before the next guest. "Toothpaste" Really! Also if you were partying after 11pm then we would have had to ask you to consider the other Guest who are sleeping and if you did not turn down the volume of your voices then you may have met a couple of Wildwood Crest Police officers maybe you didn't like that. My Guest are My Priority. --------------------------------I believe saying "I would say for the price you’re better off somewhere else" is incorrect, it may be more exact to say "better off if I stay somewhere else. Oh, Joel Sorry I wish that you did not have WiFi Issues. I pay extra for a very good Wi Fi signal and it is strong. I'm told that an isolated problem, which this was, is not the WiFi but the problem has more to do with the devices being used. I am not a tech guy and really don't know. but I do know there where/are no other WiFi problems. Joel I will go to the same room and check the WiFi myself thank You, Chris

Oh Olga the comfortable mattresses are new in 2020 and only used for a couple of weeks because of the short season last year. Well cleanliness is the most important thing but beds are very close 2nd. Our One Bedroom Suites have iron and ironing board, hair Dryer and everything. As for the double rooms everything is available at the front desk for free
