Dit lichte en ruime vier slaapkamer LAGE LEVEL condominium ligt op slechts 1,5 blokken van de stranden en de promenade van Wildwood. Het Wildwood Convention Center ligt op slechts een korte loopafstand. De promenade is 2. 5 mijl lang met amusement pieren, restaurants en speciaalzaken.

Een smart-tv in elke kamer, zodat de kinderen kunnen ontspannen met hun favoriete film na een lange dag op het strand. De volwassenen kunnen ontspannen op het enorme feestterras of achterover leunen en ontspannen voor de open haard. Er is een extra prive-terras gelegen langs een van de slaapkamers aan de achterkant.

Draadloos internet is inbegrepen zonder extra kosten.

De familiekamer heeft een 48 "Smart TV met HBO en" Xfinity On Demand "toegang zonder extra kosten.

De keukentafel heeft 6 stoelen en het kookeiland heeft 4 krukken. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met service voor 12, een blender, broodrooster, broodrooster oven, koffiezetapparaat en alle benodigde potten, pannen en keukengerei om te koken.

De woonkamer heeft een bank en love-seat. Bovendien is de plek zo ruim dat een zithoek met tafel en drie stoelen zorgt voor spelletjes en ontspanning. Een extra stoel is beschikbaar om te ontspannen of uw favoriete boek te lezen.

Dit rookvrije condominium heeft 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers.

De slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, dressoir met volledige spiegel, een grote kast, 32 "Smart TV en een complete badkamer.

De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, grote kast, een dressoir met grote spiegel, 32-inch smart-tv en een eigen terras om te genieten van uw ochtendkoffie.

De derde slaapkamer heeft queen size bed, dressoir met spiegel, grote kast, 19 "muur gemonteerde flatscreen TV / DVD combo.

De vierde slaapkamer is onze "kinderkamer" met 2 stapelbedden, dressoir met spiegel, grote kast en een 32-inch smart-tv.

Bovendien is de bank in de woonkamer volledig uittrekbaar.

Handige parkeergelegenheid voor maximaal 3 voertuigen.

Een buitendouche in de achtertuin om schoon te maken na een lange dag op het strand.

Een houtskoolgrill is bedoeld voor barbecuen.

Nice condo close to beach

The house was spacious, very well maintained, very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. I really enjoyed our stay.

Semi-problematic but classic New Jersey

To preface, choosing this rental was a large group effort, and I personally would never have chosen this place. I do not choose places without ANY linen or towel option, at the beach, at the very least it would be appropriate to offer a linen rental. Further, there are cameras everywhere, to include at the back yard shower and on the private balcony. Additionally, cleanliness was lacking. Back yard shower was understandably sandy, but there were also large dead bugs everywhere and an entire ensemble of used loofa, shampoo, conditioner, soap AND USED razor left behind, so obviously not cleaned. Dirty rags and a throw rug just laying in the washer upon arrival. There was a question of separating garbage for recycling. We did not put trash in the recycle bin, which was 2/3 full and smelled awful upon arrival but we did have recycling in the trash and the trash lady who came to put the bins out walked in unannounced, threw a fit and left without putting it out. And this included our garbage/recycling as well a large amount already present upon our arrival. We were subsequently charged $150 for not separating. This was allegedly for to the recycling laws/fines. Also our third vehicle sat on the street about 6 blocks away to avoid the street parking fee outside the condo, which is about $5/hr, not cheap if you're considering the total around the clock for a 4 night stay. The parking for the other condo sat empty all weekend though.

Great House, close to Everything

This house was an amazing find. It was very close to the board walks, and within easy walking distance to the convention center and a bunch of great restaurants. The Good: The house was very clean. There were sheets and light blankets there for us. The garage was roomy and easy to access (used to store kids bikes for the week). There were chairs and boards available in the garage. Kitchen was well equiped and easy supported cooking for a large group. We had 8 at the most, but could have easily cooked meals for 12. Living room was large and comfortable, a good gathering place for the teens. The deck was comfortable and had seating for 6. The property Manage, Ann, was quick to respond to my 1 and only question (unfamiliar with the power garage door). The less good: Absolutely nothing wrong with the house, but if you're unfamiliar with the area, there is a trade off for being closer to everything. There is more traffic and more noise on the street during the day. It is quiet at night, so overall not bad. The Bad: Nothing.. there was no bad side to this house, you will not be disappointed if you rent this house.

everything was great!

The property is exactly as listed. The kitchen appears to be newly renovated, and we had everything we needed to cook meals & store dry foods in the pantry. The close location to the beach & boarwalk was ideal. Everything was clean & well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this rental again in the future.

Perfect Family Stay!

It was such a pleasure staying at Ann’s place! The property was even better in person! The condo was extremely clean, spacious, and very accommodating for my family. Attractions are extremely close and I enjoyed the fact that there was even a park nearby that I was able to take my little one to. :) Ann is extremely responsive whether it was email or phone call. The condo exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back in the future!

Wildwood Cheer Comp

It was a very brief stay for a weekend cheer competition. The space was perfect for three cheerleaders and the moms. The house is very conveniently located near the venue and the boardwalk. It was a winter visit so we didn’t really get to experience this cute beach community.
