Parking is available in a shared driveway for up to 6 vehicles. Upon arrival, you will notice that the driveway splits into two. Please stay to the left-hand side as you enter the property. The first home on your left is Blue Spruce. After passing the pond on your left, the driveway splits again. Continuing to the right will take you to Whitewood.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.

Water Features
The creek, ponds, and waterfall are unfenced. Please supervise children outdoors at all times.

These homes use a septic system.

Wildlife
Wildlife such as deer, foxes, coyotes, and raccoons may be seen on-site.

Train Noise
An occasional train passes by, but it does not blow its horn.

Security Cameras
There are 2 exterior security devices, one on the side of each home, monitoring the shared driveway.
