'Upon arriving the room smelled of sewage. The shower did not drain. I saw a couple of bugs in the kitchenette area.'

'Easy to reach, park, access……nice, clean and spacious room One remark, dogs allowed in the hotel which could mean having a dog nearby that barks and whines. With no staff at the hotel (reception / security) other guests seem to think it’s okay to scream shout and have a party till early morning, so for a good night rest I would think twice, which is a shame considering my opening statement '

'The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

'The bathtub was old and tiles had mold in between the tiles. The beds were very uncomfortable as the mattresses were sinking. The pull out couch mattress was in terrible condition. Had to ask for new towels everyday as they did not replenish them daily. Paid premium price for a stay that was disappointing.'

'Access to the property is through a key code, it took me 6 goes to gain access via the door key pad system. The system only responds in Chinese which for me was not helpful at all, as I could not work out why the code was not working. I was told where my room was, on the 3rd floor (1st floor being the ground floor) and that there would be a key in the door lock, there wasn't and the door was locked. As there is no reception, I called the number I was given, there was no response and I could...

'Very quiet and clean place all organized. I really love the bed so comfortable clean kitchen everything was on point no stress at all I would really recommend them and if I can any chance to visit BC I would just come back at the same address near to the malls every thing is just around the corner. Loved it'

'Hotel ligt dicht bij vliegveld zonder dat je daar last van hebt. Als je wilt kun je gebruik maken van shuttle service. Kamer met kingbed heeft hoede grootte en heeft inloopdouche. Bed is oke. S’ochtend is het mogelijk om bij koffiebar een broodje te halen.'
