Inclusive of water/electricity (average use)

Our rental rates include average use energy (20 KWh per day) and water (0.5 m2 per day). Additional usage will be settled at the end of your stay (from the deposit) based on actual meter readings from the utility companies.

A damage deposit of $200 USD per week of stay is paid to the property manager on arrival (or through VRBO ahead of time - on request). This deposit is for the settlement of any extra costs for water and electricity. Upon departure our property manager refund you any balance remaining.

What else to pay attention to:

Minimum stay: 4 nights
Arrival time: Anytime after 4pm
Departure time: 11am, if no new guests arrive on the day of departure, it is possible to stay a little longer in consultation with the manager.
Cleaning: A weekly cleaning is included for stays 2 weeks or longer. Extra cleaning is possible for a fee. A final cleaning is mandatory, $175 CAD (charged by VRBO on booking).

The condo is non-smoking. Smoking in the condo and on the terrace is not permitted.

Our property manager Nicole will meet you at the Villa and be available to you during your stay should you have any questions or concerns. For a small service fee, she can also arrange for you to have a grocery package in the condo already on your arrival so you can relax immediately.

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION
Piscadera Harbour Village is a gated resort with an infinity pool where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of Piscadera Bay and the Caribbean Ocean.

Pirate Bay Beach is located across the street where you have access to watersports and PADI diving.

There are charming restaurants just across the street where you will be served at the water edge for lunch or a romantic dinner.

There is a private parking space directly in front the Villa.

The principal hospital is a five minutes’ drive.

Traffic to all the attractive spots of the city center is smooth and easy. Emma Queen Bridge is only 5 minutes’ drive.

For convenience, there are several supermarkets just 3 to 5 minutes away.

The Villa is in the hotel zone of Curacao, with proximity to other resorts, casinos and restaurants.

Across the street from CARMABI Marine Research Station.

Just to 5 minutes’ drive to SAMBIL shopping mall. (cinemas, supermarket, food court, luxury stores).

A large supermarket 'Centrum', laundry, pharmacy, medical clinic, beauty salon, ATM, and the shopping mall Sambil are reachable within 5 minutes by car.

GETTING AROUND
Renting a car is customary for vacationers on Curacao to allow you to discover the whole island with its many activities! It is easy to rent a vehicle where the rental agency will pick you up from Hato Airport and take you to our Villa where your rental car will be waiting. At the end of the week they will pick you up from the Villa and take you back to the airport. It doesn't get any easier than that!

We can provide the name of a reliable rental agency that provided this service and that we ourselves use regularly. Of course you can book at various car rental companies on the island (online) and at Hato Airport.

The resort is only a 10-minute drive from Hato Airport and a 20-minute drive to Willemstad.

Within 5 to 25 minutes drive are beautiful other diving locations in the direction of Westpunt or Oostpunt.
