Voor wat betreft Mood en het visrestaurant, daar hebben we helaas geen invloed op, daar dit niet van ons is. Helaas vliegt de KLM inderdaad in het winterseizoen in de avond en onze check out tijd is 11.00 uur. Bij beschikbaarheid kan er altijd een late check out geboekt worden. Beste, Dank voor de review. Wij hebben er voor gekozen om de strand kaartjes apart te kunnen aanschaffen maar zullen zeker meenemen om dit te verwerken in de prijs. Helaas was bij ons niet bekend dat u de kamer niet schoon vond - wij controleren de appartementen altijd zo grondig mogelijk na schoonmaak - onze excuses dat u het zo ervaren heeft. Schoonmaak is bij ons niet iedere dag dus het zou geweest kunnen zijn dat er net op de dag van verlenging geen schoonmaak stond ingepland. Uiteraard kan dit aangepast worden op verzoek van onze gasten naar wat gewenst is. Onze receptie is op gezette tijden open : 08.00 - 18.00h. Wij proberen het verblijf van onze gasten zo persoonlijk mogelijk te houden dus wij regelen veel zelf voor onze gasten, waarschijnlijk was de receptioniste bij een van onze gasten tijdens die openings uren. Spijtig te horen dat u uw verblijf zo ervaren heeft. Dank in ieder geval voor uw review - de mening van onze gasten is voor ons erg belangrijk!

It is a pity to read that you were not happy with the location of the bedrooms in the apartment. We have made a note of your mention of the poor lighting in the bathrooms. Unfortunately, we do not have any information registered about you informing us about an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms and kitchen area during your stay. If received we could have checked for the cause and solved the problem. On the 7th day of a stay, we do provide a big cleaning in the apartment, which is thorough. Every other day we do provide clean towels in the accommodation, of course, if you would like to have these every day, we do have an extra charge for the service. We truly apologize for the music nuisance of the neighboring restaurants and beach clubs, unfortunately, this matter is not in our hands to prevent. We are very sorry to hear that you didn’t have a great experience with our reception staff – our mission is to provide excellent guest experiences, so we are sorry to have let you down. We have taken your feedback on board, and we will strive to make improvements accordingly. We hope you will give it a try and will visit us the next time you are visiting the island again.
