As a resident vehicle, the KIA Sportage also provides added convenience when returning to the villa. You can enter Villapark Zuurzak through the residents' entrance, where the barrier opens automatically using license plate recognition, allowing you to drive straight into the community without having to register at the visitor gate.

Utilities are charged separately based on actual consumption. Water and electricity usage will be measured during your stay and invoiced accordingly. This ensures that guests only pay for the utilities they actually use.
