To make exploring the island even more convenient, we offer the rental of a KIA Sportage for $65 per day. This comfortable SUV is perfect for discovering Curaçao’s beaches, nature reserves, and charming villages. The insurance deductible (excess) and the deposit is USD 550. As a resident vehicle, the KIA Sportage also provides added convenience when returning to the villa. You can enter Villapark Zuurzak through the residents' entrance, where the barrier opens automatically using license plate recognition, allowing you to drive straight into the community without having to register at the visitor gate.

The villa is situated within the secure, gated community of Villapark Zuurzak, one of the island’s most desirable residential areas. While offering peace, privacy, and a natural setting, the villa is also conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the popular beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach, where you will find beach clubs, restaurants, shops, water sports, and vibrant nightlife.

The villa has been designed to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living. The living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms all open directly onto the garden through large doors. Step outside in the morning, settle down by the private swimming pool, and enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea while listening to the birds in the surrounding greenery. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and embrace the laid-back Caribbean lifestyle.

The tropical garden adds an extra touch of charm to your stay. You will find mint plants growing in the garden, allowing you to pick fresh leaves and brew your own refreshing mint tea. There are also passion fruit vines and trees, which regularly produce delicious passion fruits that can be enjoyed fresh or added to drinks and breakfast dishes. These homegrown treats make spending time in the garden even more enjoyable.

On the second floor, you will find a spacious balcony furnished with comfortable lounge chairs. From here, you can enjoy the warm tropical breeze, read a book, or simply take in the peaceful views of the surrounding nature.

The salt flats are famous for their large population of flamingos, which can often be observed feeding and resting in the shallow waters. Please note that, in accordance with the regulations of Villapark Zuurzak, short-term vacation rentals are not permitted. Therefore, this villa is available exclusively for a minimum continuous rental period. This policy helps maintain the peaceful residential character of the community and ensures a quiet and pleasant environment for all residents and guests.

Utilities are charged separately based on actual consumption. Water and electricity usage will be measured during your stay and invoiced accordingly. This ensures that guests only pay for the utilities they actually use.
For the water and electricity usage we charge a pre-payment of $15 a day, which has to be payed 7 days prior to your arrival.
